So this is what kindness sounds like!

This week is Mental Health Awareness Week, and with the theme for this year being kindness, I spent a really enjoyable few hours earlier in the week putting together a little playlist of top tunes that tip a hat to kindness. I had a lovely time, listening to some old faves (surely it’s impossible to make a playlist that doesn’t have some Stevie and some Gil Scott Heron in there somewhere?!) and discovering some new ‘oh that’s beautiful’ tracks.

So here it is – my Top 10 tunes about kindness (or at least what that looks like today). They all sound better played really loud and some definitely need to be listened to in a space where you can have a bit of living room lockdown disco moment.  Hope you like it…
